The apartments
Each apartment is named after a place on Rügen. Four are in Villa Concordia, one in the neighbouring Haus Concordia. Pets are welcome in all apartments.

The location
Both houses are on Lottumstraße in the centre of the seaside resort — the beach and promenade are just a few steps away, with restaurants and shops right around the corner.
Good to know
You are welcome to bring your pets to all five apartments — Rügen is a paradise for dogs, too.

Villa Concordia is a classic example of Binz's seaside-resort architecture: a white rendered building with wooden, florally carved verandas and a striking corner tower. It has carried its name without interruption since it opened.
In 1901 Johanna Utz ran the house with twenty rooms. In the GDR era it served as the guesthouse "Fremdenheim Concordia"; after reunification it was returned to the family and thoroughly renovated between 1996 and 1998. Today Villa and Haus Concordia are home to 19 holiday apartments — five of which can be booked on this website.
